Naturally, we always hope that you enjoy the item(s) that you purchased from us. However, we understand that there maybe times that you may wish to return your items.
Unwanted items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and must be returned within 28 days of despatch.
Faulty items - If an item is faulty, we will offer you either an exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 30 days of purchase. If the fault with your product occurs within its guarantee period (normally 12 months from delivery) we will offer you a prompt repair service. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault.
We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.

Our Customer Care Team will deal with your request within 2 working days (Mon-Fri) and instruct you how to return your item (s) to us.
Once we have received your item(s) in our warehouse we will process your return and we will advise you whether a refund or exchange has been authorised. This is usually done within 7 - 10 working day of receiving your return into our warehouse.
Any refund will automatically be issued to the payment method you used to place your original order. This typically takes 5 working days in the UK, depending on your payment method issuer.
Please note. If your order qualified for Free Delivery we are unable to refund any postage associated with the return of goods to our warehouse.
All goods will be inspected on return.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way. Therefore, we recommend you obtain proof of postage.
